With a peaceful atmosphere, and delicious coffee, tea and food options, we are confident that your group will enjoy this meeting space. Our meeting room can accommodate small groups as well as large groups up to 50 individuals. The room can be configured into a number of layouts to fit nearly any occasion. A complimentary large screen TV and pull down projector are also available. Event Catering is available as well.

The Meeting Space is perfect for celebrations, club meetings, business meetings, intimate concerts, classroom meetings, conferences, and much more. This room can easily accommodate up to 50 individuals and features wheel chair access, a complimentary pull down projector, a whiteboard, and a large screen TV. To make things more convenient, we offer reservations so you can feel confident that you'll have the space you need when you need it.

$45 / Hour - no minimum

$160 / 4 total hours

$320 / 8 total hours

SUNDAY RENTALS

MOSAIC COFFEE Co. offers our entire facility + drip coffee. You get exclusive use of the facility with one barista to make drip coffee upon request. Coffee may be purchased by the urn for $15. The cost is $150 per hour, two hour minimum. Need more time? It's only $75 per hour after the initial 2 hours. 

WEEKDAY RENTALS

FULL SERVICE RENTAL:

Want the full coffee bar open with our friendly MOSAIC COFFEE Co. staff serving you PLUS the space all to yourself? The cost is $300 per hour, two hour minimum. Need more time? It's only $150 per hour after the initial 2 hours, if more time is desired. 

WEEKDAY EVENING RENTALS

POST CLOSE RENTAL:

Want to host an evening event during the week? You can rent MOSAIC COFFEE Co. from Monday - Friday from 6pm-11pm for exclusive use. (Closing times subject to change.) The cost is $200 per hour, one hour minimum. Call 806-523-1610 or email [email protected] for more information.

DISCLAIMER

Mosaic Coffee Co. requires full payment in order to secure The Meeting Space. For groups who reserve a space several months at a time, we will gladly arrange a payment schedule. Full refunds will be given if the event is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the event. Any cancellations made 48 hours prior or less will not receive a refund.
