When Megan and I first moved to West Texas last summer, we visited the quaint downtown of Levelland, Tx in search of a local coffee shop. When we found out there wasn’t one, a grand adventure started... and now here we are in Summer 2019 about to open Mosaic Coffee Co. in Levelland, Tx! Our hope is that this coffee shop unites our community and offers a peaceful, creative space for EVERYONE to meet and share ideas - entrepreneurs, musicians, artists, churches, city leaders, police officers and first responders, and South Plains College faculty and students, etc.
We are passionate about good food, GREAT COFFEE, lots of fun, supporting small business, and connecting with our local community. Our roastery, Austin Street Coffee Roasters, will be roasting ethically sourced, fresh, small-batch coffee each week for the coffee shop. Freshly roasted one pound bags of coffee will be available for purchase as well! Throughout each month, we will offer live music events such as Songwriter nights, Open Mic Nights, Poetry Slams, Bluegrass Jam Sessions, and many local musicians and bands. We plan to offer breakfast, lunch, and light dinner options with healthy choices and organic and locally sourced food items. We will also have a “Farmers Market” merchandise section featuring local fresh produce and handmade goods.
